AI Key For Riches is run by Hans Rostek, a retired IT entrepreneur based in the Philippines with 12 years of enterprise IT experience in Dubai, now publishing practical guides on AI tools, VPS hosting, SEO, and automation.
My Background
12 Years Running an IT Company in Dubai — Then Starting Over Online
From 2004 to 2016 I founded and ran Pitac Gulf, an IT consulting company based in Dubai. Over 12 years I managed enterprise-level client projects — real contracts, real deadlines, real accountability — in one of the world’s most competitive business cities.
That experience gave me something most online publishers don’t have: a deep understanding of how real businesses evaluate technology, make purchasing decisions, and measure ROI on their IT investments.
In 2016 I closed the company, retired, and moved permanently to the Philippines. Since then I’ve been building AI-powered content systems, managing my own server infrastructure, and figuring out what actually works for small online publishers — with my own money on the line.
IT consulting company. Enterprise-level client work. 12 years, real contracts, real accountability.
Left the corporate world. Started building digital properties and AI systems independently.
Publishing practical, tested guides on AI tools, VPS hosting, SEO, and automation for small online publishers.
Live Infrastructure
This Is What I Actually Run — Not What I’ve Read About
Every recommendation on this site is backed by something I’ve personally set up, paid for, and debugged in production.
I personally run and maintain a ScalaHosting Start Cloud VPS (4 GB RAM, 4 vCPU) using Coolify for Docker container orchestration. Day-to-day work includes managing Docker containers, MySQL databases, SSH access, domain routing, and live production fixes via docker exec.
I’ve also tested Hostinger and Contabo through real deployments — not marketing comparisons.
I built a fully automated AI blog pipeline from scratch: n8n → Claude → Perplexity → DataForSEO → WordPress REST API, running on a schedule with no human in the loop. Debugged JSON errors, API authentication failures, and markdown conversion issues at every layer.
Claude API
OpenAI
Perplexity
DataForSEO
SearchAPI.io
WP REST API
I work at the theme-file level — custom PHP in single.php, patching ACF conflicts at the $wpdb database layer, JSON-LD schema at the Rank Math level, and hand-crafted front-page.php templates. I don’t just use WordPress — I build inside it.
I’ve built and deployed 10+ free SEO and AI tools at tools.keyforriches.com — a dedicated PHP platform running alongside this site. These are real, functional tools, not demos.
Why I Started This Site
Most AI Advice Online Is Written by People Who’ve Never Managed a Server
When I started building AI-powered sites, I found a consistent problem: almost everything written about AI tools, VPS hosting, and automation workflows is published by people who have never actually run a production server, never built a real automation pipeline, and never had to fix a broken deployment while paying customers are waiting.
The advice tends to be one of three things: too theoretical (based on reading docs, not doing the work), too promotional (written purely to earn affiliate commissions, with no honest critique), or too technical (written for developers, not for small publishers and bloggers who just need practical answers).
AI Key For Riches exists to fill that gap. The site sits at the intersection of three things I genuinely know: AI tools I personally use daily, hosting infrastructure I’ve paid for and tested in real production environments, and SEO and automation systems I built myself from scratch. I write for beginners, bloggers, retirees, and small online creators — in plain language, with honest trade-offs, and no hype.
What You’ll Find Here
Four Topics I Cover From Real Experience
Hands-on comparisons of Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, and Perplexity — based on actual daily use for content creation, research, and automation.
Real reviews of ScalaHosting, Hostinger, and Contabo from someone running production workloads — not benchmarks from a clean install.
Practical SEO for small publishers — keyword research, technical SEO, content systems, and what actually drives traffic for sites like this one.
n8n workflows, AI pipelines, WordPress REST API integrations — built from scratch and documented with the real errors I hit along the way.

How I Research and Publish
✓
Tested before published. I only write about tools, hosts, and workflows I’ve personally used. If I haven’t set it up myself, I don’t recommend it.
✓
Honest trade-offs. Every recommendation includes who should avoid it, what the real costs are, and what problems to watch for — not just the upsides.
✓
AI as a helper, not a replacement. I use AI tools in my publishing workflow — but every article is reviewed, fact-checked, and shaped by my own judgment and experience before it goes live.
✓
Affiliate disclosure. Some links on this site are affiliate links. I earn a small commission if you purchase through them — at no extra cost to you. This never changes what I recommend. I only link to products I’ve used and would recommend regardless.
